Nancy J. (Sadowski) DeBrase, of Haverhill, formerly of Andover, died at the Hannah Duston Healthcare Center in Haverhill on Saturday, October 16, 2010, following a lengthy illness. She was 63 years old.
Born in Boston, Massachusetts, on September 18, 1947, she was the beloved daughter of the late Arthur and Benita (Bowes) Sadowski. She was a graduate of St. Augustine School and of Andover High School, class of 1966. Mrs. DeBase was formerly employed by the IRS and retired in 2003.
She will be sorely missed by her loving daughter; Sherry DeBrase of Haverhill, two brothers; Arthur Sadowski of Haverhill and Michael and his wife Deborah Sadowski of Salem, New Hampshire, niece; Christina Sadowski of Boston and Nephew; Timothy Sadowski, currently enrolled in Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut.
Her Funeral Mass was celebrated in St. Augustine Church, 43 Essex Street, Andover, Thursday, October 21, 2010, at 10 AM. Many relatives and friends were in attendance. Calling hours were held in the Burke-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 390 North Main Street, Andover, Wednesday, October 20, 2010, from 4 to 8 PM. Burial was private.
