Yvette I. (Morneau) Blanchette, 81, formerly of Berlin died October 16, 2010 at the Laurel Center in Bedford after a period of declining health.
She was born in Berlin on November 25, 1928 to Cyprien and Alice (Rivard) Morneau. She was a lifelong resident of Berlin.
IN HER LIFE: The family includes her husband of 59 years, Henry R. Blanchette; a daughter, Sarah Blanchette; a daughter in law, Karen Blanchette; three granddaughters, Kimberly Cass and her husband, Ben, Kristin Ray and her husband, Bob, and Amanda Blanchette; four great granddaughters and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a sister, Lucienne Morneau; and three brothers, Leo Morneau, Lucien Morneau and Maurice Morneau.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Saturday, October 23, 2010 at Sacred Heart Church, 265 So. Main St., Manchester. Another Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Saturday, October 30, 2010 at Good Shepherd Parish, 345 Pleasant St., Berlin. Committal prayers followed at St. Kieran Cemetery, Berlin.
