Evie T. Hall, 92, of Mystic, GA, died Sunday, October 17, 2010 at Palemon Gaskins Nursing Home in Ocilla.
Graveside services will be held at 11:30 A.M. Wednesday, October 20, 2010, at Mystic Cemetery with Elder Jamie Tucker and Ken Hall, Jr. officiating. Visitation will be held 2 hours before the service at the funeral home in Fitzgerald.
Mrs. Hall was born November 13, 1917 in Irwin County to the late Henry Milton and Annie Bell Grantham Tomberlin. She lived in Mystic most of her life and was a former resident of Ocala, Florida. Mrs. Hall was a homemaker who sat with the sick and elderly and was a former lunchroom lady at the Irwin County High School. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and a member of Mystic Baptist Church
Mrs. Hall is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law: Kenneth & Frances Hall of TyTy, Eddie Hall and James William “Jimmy” & Brenda Hall all of Ocala, FL; 6 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Hall, daughter-in-law, Nancy Hall and 3 sisters, Ruby Hall, Susie Braswell & Mildred Davis.
