Worcester – Theresa J. McGrail, 79, of Northboro formerly of Worcester died on Thursday, October 14, 2010 in the Coleman House after an illness.
Theresa was born in Worcester daughter of the late Francis and Annie (Carrigan) McGrail and lived in Worcester all of her life. She worked as a Registered Nurse for many years at Saint Vincent Hospital.
Ms. McGrail is predeceased by a brother Francis McGrail and two sisters Mary Robinson and Anne Eaton. She is survived by many nephews and nieces including Kathleen Esposito of Worcester, Thomas Eaton of Falmouth, Ann Walsh of Windsor, CT, Bryan Robinson of Honesdale, PA, Jane Hall of Lunenburg and Paula Valentine of Shrewsbury.
She belonged to Saint Vincent’s Nurses Alumni Association and was past president of the Catholic Nurses Association as well as Saint Joan of Arc Church.
The funeral will be held on Tuesday, October 19th from the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond St. with a Mass at 11 AM in Saint Joan of Arch Church 570 Lincoln Street. Burial will follow in Saint John’s Cemetery. Calling hours are on Monday, October 18th from 4 to 6 PM in the funeral home.
