STEWART, Annie Ruth (Corbett) 93 of Hamden, CT, passed away Monday, October 4, 2010 at the Arden House Care & Rehabilitation Center in Hamden, CT. She was the wife of the late William A. Stewart. Born in St. Johns-Newfoundland, Canada on September 3, 1917, daughter of the late William & Elizabeth (Knight) Corbett. Mother of Robert B. and his wife Mary Beth Stewart of Hamden. Grandmother of Victoria Stewart of MA and Brian and his wife Kelly Stewart of Cheshire, CT and the late Kevin Stewart. Great Grandmother of Avery and Matthew Stewart. Sister of Gerard and Donal Corbett and the late and the late Joseph R., George A., Kevin, Francis K. Charles D., William, James O., John, Niall P., Mary Corbett, Kathleen L. Kessler and Alice M. Meade. Annie is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Friday morning from 8 – 9:30 am in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St. Quincy.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. John’s Church, 44 School St. Quincy on Friday at 10am.
Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
