Obituary

Tilton-----Helen M. Clermont, 91, of Winter Street, and formerly of 22 Belknap Pt. Rd. Gilford, died at the NH Veterans Home on Tuesday, October 5, 2010. She was the widow of Joseph Leo Clermont.
Mrs. Clermont was born March 21, 1919 in Arkansas City, Kansas the daughter of Louis and Viola C. (Hockman) Repenhagen. She had lived in the Lakes Region for the past thirty seven years.
Mrs. Clermont served in the US Army during World War II as a WACS Corporal. She had been employed by JC Penny in her younger years.
Survivors include a daughter, Jane Levin, and her husband Dr. Morton Levin of Meredith; three grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; a sister, Betty Sprouls of Derby, Kansas.
There will be no calling hours.
A Graveside service will be held on Friday, October 8, 2010 at 11:00AM in the family lot in Pine Grove Cemetery, Gilford, NH.
