Agostinho "Gus" Silva passed away on October 3, 2010. He was 82 years old.
Born in Portugal, Gus has been a longtime resident of Medford.
Gus was the devoted husband of Maria L. (Cova) Silva. He was the beloved father of Joe Silva and his wife Mary of Stoneham, Mario DaSilva and his wife Maria I. Jardin of Medford and Luis Silva and wife Barbara of Tewksbury. Gus was the cherished grandfather of 6 grandchildren and is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday October 6th at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford at 10:00am. Visiting hours will be held from the A.J.Spadafora Funeral Home 865 Main St. Malden on Tuesday October 5th from 4-7pm. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
