WEBSTER - Mary T. (Szczepaniak) Lebeau, 96, of Harris Street, died Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at her home after a long illness. Her husband, Raymond J. Lebeau, died in 1981.
She leaves 2 daughters, Doris A. Ducharme of Montague, and Lillian M. Cyr and her husband Eugene “Joe” Cyr, with whom she lived; 10 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 7 great great granchildren; 2 sisters, Theresa Diggins of Webster and Agnes McGiveney of St. Petersburg, FL; nieces and nephews.
She was born in Webster, a daughter of John K. and Mary (Adamowicz) Szczepaniak and lived here all her life. She was a winder at Stevens Linen Associates in Dudley for over 35 years, retiring in 1979.
Mrs. Lebeau was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church. She was skilled at embroidery and lace making. Her family was her treasure.
The funeral will be held Saturday, October 2, from the Sitkowski & Malboeuf Funeral Home, 340 School Street, with a Mass at 10:30 AM in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 16 East Main Street. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Calling hours will be from 7:00 to 9:00 PM Friday, October 1, in the funeral home.
