Pauline M. Clark, 99, "her family was her world", passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family and caring staff at Villa Crest Nursing Center, Manchester, NH on Monday September 27, 2010. Pauline was born, raised and educated in Lawrence and lived many years in Salem and Derry, New Hampshire. She was a devoted mother and homemaker . Pauline loved taking daily walks especially walking the beach. She enjoyed keeping and cleaning her home and loved making trips to Foxwoods and enjoyed eating out and was an avid reader.
The widow of Wellington E. "Bill" Clark, her family members include her son, John and his wife, Phyllis Clark of Salem, NH and her daughter, Nancy Ciancio and her longtime companion, Bill Laudani of Bradford, MA. She leaves her grandchildren, Stephen and his wife, Michelle Clark, James Ciancio and his fiance, Marisa and her daughter, Darien and Jodie Ciancio. Pauline also has a brother, Adam Todd of Storrs, CT and a sister, Thelma Kennedy of Salem, NH and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be on Thursday, September 30, 2010 from 5 to 8 pm at The Charles F. Dewhirst Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Methuen. A Funeral Mass will be on Friday, October 1 at 10:00 am in St Joseph Church, Salem, NH. Entombement will follow in Eternal Light Mausoleum, Salem, NH. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
