Jean L. Dean, 81, Clarksville, died Tuesday, September 28, 2010, at Gateway Medical Center due to an extended illness. Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born on November 16, 1928 in Cookeville, TN to the late Clyde and Birchie Lawson. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Eugene T. Dean, sons, Michael W. Dean, and James (Jimmy) Dean and a brother Ralph Lawson (Duann) all of Clarksville, Tn; two grandsons, James T. Wine, Jr. of Vail, Colorado and Jeremy L. Wine of Syracuse, Indiana. Preceded in death was daughter, Linda S. Wine, two sisters, Frances V. Larimore and Mable C. Walker; two brothers, James (JD) Lawson and Guy (HoBo) Lawson.
No viewing or services are planned. Remains are to be cremated and placed in the memorial wall at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery- West in Hopkinsville, Kentucky.
