Jean Goodwin Harmon
Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Saturday, September 25, 2010 at University Hospital, Mrs. Jean “Nanny” Goodwin Harmon, 76.
Mrs. Jean Harmon was born in Stapleton, GA but lived most of her life in Augusta. She retired as a telephone operator for Southern Bell. She was an avid reader and loved gardening but most of all, she loved her grandchildren.
Family members include daughters: Terri Evans and husband Jon, Anita Kelly and husband Trey; grandchildren: Sarah Evans, Joey Evans, Chad Kelly, Amanda Kelly, Rachel Kelly and Erin Kelly: brother, Conrad Goodwin: sister, Patsy Conley.
Memorial services will be held Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at 3:00 P.M. at Thomas Poteet and Son.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of ones choice.
