WORCESTER-Nikolla Sotillari, 77, of Worcester, died Thursday, September 23rd in his home. He leaves his wife of 52 years, Lefteri (Foto) Sotillari; two daughters, Rajmonda Mako and her husband Kostandin and Mirela Biba and her husband Xhevdet, both of Worcester; three brothers, Thoma, Zahar and Avram Sotillari, all of Albania; four grandchildren, Helios and Esi Alexia Mako and Ted and Jason Biba, all of Worcester; and several nephews and nieces in Albania. He was predeceased by his brother, Misto Sotillari.
Mr. Sotillari was born in Leskovik, Albania, the son of Perikli and Varvara (Pulizo) Sotillari and came to Worcester in 1996. He enjoyed spending time with his family and was a Celtics fan and an avid reader.
The funeral is Saturday, September 25th from O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue with a service at 9:00 AM in St. Mary’s Assumption Albanian Orthodox Church, 535 Salisbury Street. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery. Calling hours are Friday, September 24th from 5:00 until 8:00 PM in the funeral home.
