Obituary

Emilio “Nemo” Ciampa, 99 of Medford, died Monday after a long illness in the Bear Hill Nursing Home, Wakefield, MA.

Born in Boston, he lived in Medford for the past 30 years and formerly of the North End of Boston. He was the son of the late Filomena (Rizza) and Michael Ciampa.

Emilio was a Salesman for 20 years with the former Broadway Brake in Somerville and retired in 1966.

Beloved husband of the late Mary (Rossi). Devoted father of Joanna Ciampa and Phyllis Ciampa both of Medford. Brother of the late Albina Ruggieri, Clara Pallindino, Matilda Penta, Emma Flavio, Chloe Buda, Margaret Ciampa and Flora Maffei. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Friday at 8 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Raphael Church, 512 High St. Medford, at 9 AM.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.

Visiting hours Thursday 4 - 8.

Services will conclude with burial at Forest Hills Cemetery, Boston.
