Mr. Anthony Martin Salvato, Jr., a longtime resident of Medford, beloved husband of Lois M. (Boeri) Salvato and loving father of Stephanie and Julie Salvato all of Medford, died at Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston on Sunday, September 19, 2010. He was 55 years old.
Born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, on December 27, 1954, he was the beloved son of the late Anthony M. and Irene F. (Dombrowski) Salvato. Anthony was the owner of Espresso Pizza in Medford for 35 years.
Besides his beloved wife Lois and his two loving daughters; Stephanie and Julie Salvato, Anthony will be very sorely missed by his siblings; Bobby Salvato, Penny McDermott, Chucky and wife Susan Salvato, Terry and husband Jimmy Davis and Patty Moore all of Medford, Kristine and husband Joel Lobov of Hopkinton and Nina and husband Brad Homola of Wilmington, in-laws; Steven and Karen Boeri, Jill and Tom Patterson and Peter and Tricia Boeri. Anthony was also the loving son-in-law of Natalie and the late Victor Boeri and is survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, employees and friends.
His funeral was from the Beals-Geake-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 29 Governors Avenue, Medford, Friday, September 24, 2010, at 9 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial, celebrated in St. Raphael Church, 514 High Street, Medford at 10 AM. Many relatives and friends are respectfully attended. Visiting hours were held in St. Raphael Church, 514 High Street, Thursday, September 23, 2010, from 4 to 8 PM.
