Obituary

FRAMINGHAM: Nancy Louise Marie (DeMarini) Ciceroni, 96, died peacefully in the care and comfort of her family on Friday, Sept. 17, 2010 following a period of declining health.
She was born in Boston on July 11, 1914 the daughter of the late Peter DeMarini and Louise (Sorocco) DeMarini.
Mrs. Ciceroni is survived by her beloved and devoted daughters Robert E. Griffin and her husband Ronald of Wayland and Nancy L. Clarry and her husband Harry of Palm Harbor, FL. She was the cherished and adored Matriarch of her family including 11 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. Her grandchildren are Karen Richards and her husband Kenneth; Ronald Griffin, Jr. and his wife Karen; Patricia Fargnoli and her husband Joseph; Michael Griffin and his wife Margaret; Thomas Griffin and his wife Virginia and Lisa Reade and her husband Stephen; Cheryl Vertefeuille and her husband Scott; Paul Maynard; Michelle Creswell; Don Creswell, Jr. and his wife Megan; Christine Creswell. Great-grandmother of Stephen Richards; Brian Richards, Jennifer Griffin Johnson; Amanda Griffin; Joseph Fargnoli, Jr.; Nicholas Fargnoli; Gianna Fargnoli; Gabriella Fargnoli; Adam Griffin; Olivia Griffin; Connor Griffin; Katharine Griffin; Emily Griffin; Rebecca Griffin; Thomas Griffin, Jr.; Natalie Reade, Michael Reade; Liam Reade; Louis Vertefeuille; Emma Vertefeuille; Maximus Creswell and Madison Creswell. She is also survived by her son-in-law Don Creswell and his wife Sue of Hopkinton and several nieces and nephews. She was the wife of the Late Carl J. Ciceroni and mother of the late Louise A. Creswell. She was the sister of the late Louis DeMarini; Leonard DeMarini; Aurelia Genga and Mary Croci.
Mrs. Ciceroni has been a longtime resident of Framingham and also resided in Hopkinton for over 30 years. Her family, whom she was devoted to, was the center of her life. She enjoyed tatting and knitting and spent countless hours making afghans and baby outfits. Her creative tatting was on many family wedding hankies and christening outfits. She loved to cook and spend time with her family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all the lives that she touched in her 96 years.

Visitations will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 21, 2010 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm in the Bryant Memorial Chapel of the John C. Bryant Funeral Home, 56 Pemberton Rd (Off Rte 30), Cochituate Village, Wayland.
Family and friends may gather at the funeral home on Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2010 at 10:00 am followed by her Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am at St. Zepherins Parish, Route 27, Cochituate Village, Wayland.
Interment will follow in the Ciceroni family lot in St. Tarcicius Cemetery in Framingham.
In lieu of flowers, her family suggests memorial gifts in her memory sent to St. Patrick’s Manor, 868 Central St, Framingham, MA 01701 would be appreciated.
