Thompson- Pearl M. (Southard) Blouin,73, formerly of Kapitulik Road in North Grosvenordale, died Friday, November 28, in Webster Manor.
She leaves her husband of 54 years, Richard J. Blouin; 2 sons, George R. Blouin and Robert A. Blouin, both of Webster; 3 grandchildren, William, Jesse, and Nicole Blouin; a great granddaughter, Molly Blouin; and many nieces and nephews. A brother, Buster Southard of Leominster, and a sister, Theodora Chausse of Dudley, predeceased her.
She was born and raised in Webster, daughter of Harry and Corina (Cournoyer) Southard, and lived in North Grosvenordale for over 30 years. Mrs Blouin was a sample stitcher at area mills before retiring in 1990. She was a member of Saint Louis Church in Webster.
A memorial Mass will be held Friday, December 5, at 10:00 AM in Saint Louis Church, 14 Lake Street, Webster. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Dudley. There are no calling hours. Donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, PO Box 31160, Hartford, Connecticut 06150-1160.
