Rezendes of Plymouth, Aurelia (Galletti) “Aurie” September 17, at Jordan Hospital. Wife of the late Gerald Rezendes. She leaves her sisters, Alice Tavares and Lucille Anti of Plymouth, and Virginia White of Westerly, RI, her brother Thomas Galletti of Kingston. She was predeceased by her brothers Willfred and Edward Galletti. She also leaves many nieces and nephews, grand and great grand nieces and nephews. Aurie grew up in Kingston daughter of Alfred and Eva Galletti. She graduated from Kingston High School. Right after high school Aurie went to work as a dental assistant for Dr. Harry Keller. She worked her way up to office manager and continued when Dr Steven Aveni took over Dr Keller’s practice. She had over 57 years in the dental profession. She was a volunteer at the Newfield House, and was a past member of the Plymouth Country Club. She loved life, walking and especially loved spending time with her friends and family. A funeral from the Richard Davis Funeral Home 373 Court St. (Rte 3A) N. Plymouth at 9:00 AM followed by a funeral mass at St. Mary’s Church Wednesday September 22, at 10:00 AM. Visiting hours will be held Tuesday September 21, from 3:00 to 7:00 PM.
