Phillips, III. Frank Weitzel, 58, of Louisville passed away Saturday September 11, 2010 at University Hospital. Frank was a member of Rockford Lane Baptist Church and worked in management at the former Alrenco Company. Preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Phyllis Phillips. Survivors include his loving wife of 25 years, Mary Butrum Phillips; sons, Frank W. IV., Stewart K., Donald S., and Paul J. Phillips; sister, Kathy Jean Phillips; nieces Claire and Celeste Phillips Buxton. Funeral service will be 1pm Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Resthaven Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday 11-8 at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy can be made to the Phillips Family.
