Jenna Lou Kopp, 92, died on Sept. 5, 2010, in Westerly. Formerly a resident of Kenilworth, Ill., she lived in West Palm Beach, Fla., and Stonington.
The daughter of Mildred (Jenkins) and Harry Dugan Brown of Columbus, Ohio, she was a graduate of The Ohio State University.
She is survived by her daughter, Sally Wood (Clement) of New York City; her stepchildren, Jeff Kopp (Barbara) of Los Angeles and Debbie Poulin (Gary Hirsh) of Chicago; eight grandchildren, Clem and Emma Wood, Whitney Rallo, Claire and Lauren Poulin, and Bob, Andrew, and Megan Kopp; and two great-grandchildren.
She was the widow of John V. Sandberg, a senior executive at J. Walter Thompson, and Carl R. "Jack" Kopp, retired chairman and CEO of Leo Burnett.
Her daughter Susan Simon and her brother Harry Dugan Brown Jr., predeceased her.
Her family and many friends adored her for her unfailing kindness, her generosity, and her natural elegance.
