Anita W. (Dussault) Charpentier 87, of 10 Rhodes Ave. died Thursday at St. Antoine Residence. She was the wife of the late Rene G. Charpentier. Mrs. Charpentier was born in Woonsocket a daughter of the late Omer and Emma (Belleville) Dussault . She was a sales clerk for the former Kornstein's Department Store and Auger's Men's Store for many years before retiring in 1980.
Mrs. Charpentier is survived by a son Paul Charpentier of Broomfield, CO, two daughters, Paulette Jolicoeur of Glendale, and Janice Arsenault of Springfield, MA, a brother Raymond Dussault of N. Smithfield and a sister Lucienne Simard of Cumberland, ten grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. She was also the sister of the late Roland and Conrad Dussault, and Violette Lavallee.
Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 9: 00 AM from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St. Woonsocket with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in St. John's Church, Church St. in Slatersville. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery. Visiting hours are Monday 4-7 PM.
