Dorothy M. (Griffin) Lammers, 77, of Milford and formerly of Lewellen, Nebraska, died Wednesday, September 1, 2010 at the Milford Regional Medical Center.
Born in Paxton, Nebraska on December 28, 1932, she was a daughter of the late Albert and Lenora (Ecker) Griffin.
Mrs. Lammers resided in Milford with her daughter for the past 5 months and formerly lived in Lewellen, Nebraska where her heart and home truly were.
She is survived by her daughter, Jacqueline Carey and her husband Michael of Milford, Mark Lammers and his wife Shelley of Paxton, Nebraska, three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She is also survived by a sister, Roseanne Tridle and her husband Bob of South Dakota, a brother Jack Griffin and his wife Maxine of Colorado and several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Friday, September 10 at 1 p.m. in the Ginley–Crowley Funeral Home, 3 Barber St. in Medway.
Burial will take place in Paxton, Nebraska at a later date.
