Monyhan Jr., Carl S. “Butch”, 59, of Louisville left his loving family on Monday, August 30, 2010 at U of L Hospital.
He was a Kenbowl League member and a painter for local union #118.
Carl is preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Carrie Monyhan, Sr.; and sister, Joyce Caldwell.
Survivors include his wife, Bonnie S. Monyhan; children, Wendy Lewis (Billy), Jeff Monyhan (Lori), and Chris Monyhan; sisters, Shirley Lyons (Donald), Sondra Terry (Carl), and Barbara Langford (Jimmy); and nine grandchildren.
The Monyhan family wants to express special thanks to 9 south of U of L Hospital for the care they gave to Carl.
Funeral service will be on Saturday, September 4, 2010 at 6pm at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with cremation to follow.
Visitation for the public will be from 11am-6pm on Saturday.
