Jeanne M. Biagetti, 89, of Darlington St., Manville, died Monday at Landmark Medical Center. She was the wife of the late Louis J. Biagetti. They were married on November 30, 1938 and shared over 59 years of marriage until his passing in 1997.
Born in Manville, she was a daughter of the late Delphis and Aldea (St. Jean) Savoie. She was raised in Canada and returned to Manville at the age of eighteen and remained a lifelong resident.
Mrs. Biagetti was employed by Texas Instruments in Attleboro for many years before retiring. She was a communicant of St. James Parish.
Her family was the center of her life and she enjoyed many activities, particularly camping trips.
She is survived by three sons, Norman Biagetti, and his wife Eleanor, of FL, Roger Biagetti, and his wife Marilyn, of Harrisville and Robert Biagetti, and his wife Ruth, of Manville. She was the sister of the late Romeo Savoie. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Her Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday at 10:00 am in St. James Church, Division St., Manville. Burial will follow in St. James Cemetery, Manville. Visiting hours are omitted. Arrangements are by the Menard Funeral Home, 71 Central St., Manville.
