BROOKS, MARY (NAGLE) , “Mae,” August 24, 2010, in her 92nd year in Brockton, formerly of Mission Hill, Hyde Park, and longtime summer resident of Halifax Beach. Beloved mother of Joan Mahoney and her husband Desmond of Brockton, Robert and his wife Lisa Maregni of West Roxbury, Susan Brooks and her husband Richard Bath of Brockton, Richard and his wife Paula of Canton, and Janice Lanigan and her husband Brendan of Brockton. Also survived by fifteen grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, numerous sisters in law, and nieces and nephews. Daughter of the late Denis and Kathryn (Gubbins) Nagle. Sister of the late William J. and Edward Nagle, former wife of the late Attorney William F. Brooks Jr., retired B.P.D. Longtime secretary of Mission Church High School, Roxbury. Visiting hours Thursday 4-8 in the William J. Gormley Funeral Home, 2055 Centre St., West Roxbury. Relatives and friends invited. Funeral mass in the Mission Church Friday August 27, 2010 at 10 o’clock.
