Marie G. (Julius) Clark, 81, of Norwood and formerly of East Walpole died August 18 in her home surrounded by her loving family, following a long illness. She was the wife of the late Mason A. Clark, who died in 2004.
Born in Norwood, April 28, 1929, the daughter of the late Alphonso and Mary (Renzulli) Julius, Mrs. Clark was raised in East Walpole and had lived in Norwood for the past 60 years.
A homemaker, Mrs. Clark was devoted to her family.
Mrs. Clark is survived by her children, Mason Jr. and his wife Mimi of Norwood, Mary Jane Lang of Norwood, Denise Clark of Norwood and William Clark and his wife Caroline of Foxboro. She is also survived by her “extended family", son #3 Skip Eisner of Florida and daughter #3 Carmela Julius of Foxboro.
She is also survived by her sister, Amelia Gross of Norwood and was the sister of the late Nunzio Julius, Margaret Julius, Florence Kenney, Betty Eisner and Madeline Borg.
Mrs. Clark is also survived by her grandchildren, Mason and Michael Clark, Melissa Flaherty and Melissa Lang, and Victoria and Billy Clark.
Her funeral will be held on Saturday, August 21 from the Ginley Funeral Home, 892 Main St. in Walpole at 9:00 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass in St. Timothy’s Church in Norwood at 10:00 a.m.
Burial will be in Highland Cemetery in Norwood.
Visiting hours will be on Friday from 4-8 p.m.
