Terry Dayne Lewis, 56, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Friday, August 13, 2010 at Tift Regional Medical Center.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 4, 2010, at 11 AM at Calvary Baptist Church Social Hall.
Mr. Lewis was born January 30, 1954 in Fitzgerald to the late C.C. and Virginia Butler Lewis. He lived in Fitzgerald most of his life. Mr. Lewis was a former shipping supervisor for H.R. Kaminsky & Sons and he was a self-employed carpenter and built fences. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
He is survived by his sisters and brothers-in-law: Martha L. & Bobby Presnell of Tallahassee, FL, Jo Ann & Mark Horn and Jo Beth & Lamar Ray, all of Fitzgerald; brother and sister-in-law: Levy & Terry Lynn Lewis of Lawrenceville; 2 step children and several nieces and nephews Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Lillian Lewis and one brother, Glenn Lewis.
