Grace Padula, 91 of Medford, MA died Friday in her home after a brief illness. Born in Waterbury, CT, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and the late Celeste (Faccialunga) Coccio. She was a Medford resident for twenty years formerly of Waterbury, CT. Grace was active with the Third Order of St. Francis Society and the Medford Forever Young Club. It has been requested that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Grace´s memory to Danny´s Team P.O. Box 606, Durham, NH 03824.
Grace is predeceased by her husband Anthony and is survived by two daughters, Lucille Crupi and her husband Salvatore of Watertown, Donna Padula and her husband Ted Flaherty of Lincoln, NH. She is also survived by two grandsons, Vincent Crupi of Derry, NH and Richard Crupi of Watertown, two great grandchildren Michelle and Michael Crupi. A funeral mass will be celebrated Tuesday at 9 AM in St. Raphael Church, 514 High Street, Medford with the service conducted by Rev. Kevin G. Toomey. Interment will be on Thursday January 31st, at 11 AM in the Calvary Cemetery, Waterbury, CT. Visiting hours Monday from 3 thru 7 at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford.
