Mariann (Flores) DeCambra, age 85 of Somerset, passed away August 6, 2010. Widow of John F. DeCambra and the daughter of the late Manuel and Clara J. (Pereira) Flores. Before retiring, Mariann worked as a Sewing Machine Operator for Darwood Mfg. She was a parishioner of St. Patrick Church in Somerset and a member of its Women’s Guild. She was also a member of the Somerset Council on Aging.
She is survived by her daughter: Pamela Minkle and husband Chris of Somerset. 3 Grandchildren: Amanda and Brittany Michaud, and C.J. Minkle. 4 Sisters: Helena Costa and Lorraine Nascimento both of Somerset, Vivian Alfonso and Theresa Frates both of Swansea, and several nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will take place from the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 1521 N. Main St. TUESDAY at 8:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Patrick Church, Somerset at 9:00 A.M. Interment in Newport Memorial Park, Middletown. Calling hours MONDAY 5-8 PM.
