Charles F. McGee, of Pembroke, a former U.S. Marine, and Boston Firefighter, died August 5, 2010. He was 75 years old. Beloved husband of Jean McGee. Loving father of Kelley McGee of Pembroke, and Christine Callahan of Pembroke. Cherished grandfather of Pfc. Matthew Callahan, and Daniel Callhan. Brother of John McGee of W. Roxbury, Jean Rambert of Celeveland, OH, and the late Barbara Berrigan, and Phyllis Moriello. Charles is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins, as well as his dog “Rosie”.
Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, August 8th from 4-8:00 PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 7 Mattakeesett St (Rt. 14) Pembroke. A funeral service will be held at St, Thecla’s Church, 145 Washington St, Pembroke on Monday, August 9th at 10:00 AM. Internment will be at the Center cemetery in Pembroke.
