Doris C. DesRuisseaux, 83, of Manchester died July 31, 2010 at her residence after a brief illness.
She was born in Manchester on April 26, 1927 to Ernest and Celina (Lemay) DesRuisseaux. She was a lifelong resident of Manchester.
She taught piano and later served as a church organist at the former St. Therese Church, Blessed Sacrament Church and Mt. Carmel Nursing Home all in Manchester for many years.
She was a member of the American Guild of Organists and the American Guild of Piano Teachers.
The family includes cousins.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Friday, August 6, 2010 in the chapel at Mt. Carmel Nursing Home, 235 Myrtle St., Manchester. Committal prayers followed at Mt. Calvary Mausoleum, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester.
Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, Manchester assisted the family with arrangements.
