Methuen, MA- Robert J. Martin, 58, died Thursday, July 29th at the Lawrence General Hospital.
Born in Worcester, MA on April 23rd, 1952, Robert was the son of Charles P. and Elizabeth J. (Quinn) Martin. He was educated in Lawrence Schools and was a graduate of Lawrence High School class of 1969.
For 10 years, Robert worked as a carpenter and was part of Carpenters Local 111. Robert was an adventurous man who enjoyed scuba diving and hiking various mountains throughout New England.
He is survived and will be missed by his sister, Maura B. Pane and her husband Joseph of Bolton, MA, his two brothers Charles M. Martin and his wife Mari of Salem, NH and Daniel F. Martin and his companion Janice Piliponis of Lawrence as well as several nieces and nephews.
