Lon W. McDaniel, Jr., 26, Tucson, Arizona, formerly of Clarksville, died Saturday, July 24, 2010, in Tucson, AZ. A celebration of his homecoming will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday at Pleasant View Baptist Church with Rev. James Sanders officiating and Eulogy will be by Rev. Jim Graves. Burial will be in Pleasant View Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday and Monday at the funeral home and from 9 a.m. until the time of the service Tuesday at the church. Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born August 28, 1983 in Frankfurt, Germany. He was a member of the class of 2001 of Montgomery Central High School where he was involved in football and wrestling. He earned a A&P degree from North Central Institute and worked as a aircraft mechanic for Bombardier Aircraft in Tucson. Mr. McDaniel was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church. Survivors include his parents, Lon W. McDaniel, Sr. and Nam I McDaniel; a brother, Jerad W. McDaniel (Mia), Greensboro, North Carolina.
