In Taunton, July 26, 2010 Mary E. (Harrigan) wife of the late Ernest Sicard died suddenly at home at the age of 70. Born and educated in Taunton, Mary was the daughter of the late Edward and Helen (McManus) Harrigan. Mary was a retired Licensed Practical Nurse with Paul A. Dever State School in Taunton for over 25 years. Mary enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was an avid photographer, pet lover and comedian on occasion. Mary was best known as a sweet, kind and beautiful woman both inside and out. She was the mother of Jayne E. (Serpa) Smith and Joseph E. Sicard. Grandmother of two granddaughters and one grandson. Aunt of several cousins. A mass will be held at St. Andrew the Apostle Church in Taunton on Friday, July 30th at 10 AM. Interment St. Francis Cemetery in Taunton.
