Mrs. Helen Brown Clements
Augusta, GA – Mrs. Helen Brown Clements, age 87 went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, July 26, 2010 at Lake Crossing Nursing Home.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at Platt’s Crawford Avenue Chapel with the Reverend Jerry Wilson officiating. Interment to follow at Westview Cemetery.
Mrs. Clements loved traveling, playing bingo, and fishing. With her passing the Golden Girls of Georgia are reunited again.
Mrs. Clements is survived by her son, Charles Brown and wife Mary; her daughter, Linda Thomas and husband Wallace; her brother, Robert Eubanks; her seven grandchildren, Robert C. Brown, Cathy Erbland, Michael Brown, James Clements, Paul Clements, Lindsey Thomas, and Cliff Thomas; and her seven great-grandchilren.
Mrs. Clements was preceded in death by her daughter, Brenda Taylor; her sisters, Betty Hall, Irene Goodier, Sara McCormack; and her brothers, Marion and William Eubanks.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday evening, July 27, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
