Jocelyn A. Hale, of Andover, the beloved wife of the late Philip Hale and daughter of the late Ralph and Pamela Boie, from Lawrence, died of a sudden illness on July 21, 2010. Jocelyn leaves behind her children, Bruce P. Hale and his girlfriend Tracy Turner, both of Salem, New Hampshire, daughter Lynne M. (Hale) and her husband Richard J. Robidoux of Andover and Scott P. Hale of Andover. Jocelyn also leaves her daughter-in-law; Jamie A. Hale of Andover, grandchildren; Philip J. Hale of Grafton, James D. Hale of Andover, Courtney J. Hale of Charlestown, Kara L. and her husband Pierre Levesque of Sandown, New Hampshire and Richard S. Robidoux of Andover. She also leaves behind one great-grandson, Jake C. Levesque and three sisters, Doris Bluemel of New Hampshire, Germaine Gillette of Arizona and Pearl and her husband Ed Maskwitz of California. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Jocelyn A. Hale attended the Lawrence Weatherbee School and graduated from Lawrence High School. She held several working positions throughout her life, including working at the Andover Public Schools and Robichaud Hardware for 20 years.
