Frederick T. Carey age 77 of Canton, formerly of Westwood passed away July 20th at the Stanley Tippett House in Needham. Born in Boston, he was raised in Somerville & Charlestown graduated from Malden Catholic High School and received a BA from Boston College. He worked as a Salesman for Xerox for many years and later worked as a Real Estate Broker for Caldwell Banker in Dedham. He has lived in Canton for the last 5 years and previously lived in Westwood for 32 years. Beloved husband of the late Carol H. (Hovenden). Father of Tara H. Carey of Littleton & Sean F. Carey of VT. Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton Thursday 4-7 pm. Funeral mass at St. John the Evangelist Church Canton Friday morning at 10:30.
