William `Billy` Clarence Roberts, Jr., 51, Clarksville, died Sunday, July 18, 2010, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Rev. Steve Lannom officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service Thursday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born January 28, 1959 in Chicago, IL, son of the late William Clarence Roberts, Sr and Bettye Jo Mason Roberts. Survivors include two sisters, Phyllis Adams (Steve) and Dana Black (Larry), two nieces, Rachel and Courtlyn Black; and one nephew, Mason Black. all of Clarksville.
