Chase, Atalya Lynn, age 3 days of Haverhill, died Wednesday, February 20, at Children's Hospital, Boston.
Atalya Lynn was born February 18 at Anna Jaques Hospital, Newburyport, the daughter of Steven M. and Jennifer M. (Klinch) Chase.
She is survived by her parents Steven M. and Jennifer M. (Klinch) Chase of Haverhill; her sister, Alexia M. Chase of Haverhill; her paternal grandmother, Lisa S. Chase Cuellar of Haverhill; her paternal stepfather, Jose E. Perez of Haverhill; her maternal grandmother, Mary G. LeBlanc and great grandmother, Theresa Lombaro of Andover; her paternal great grandmother, Harriett Hartford of Haverhill; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, February 27, at 1:30 p.m. in the C. Frank Linnehan & Son Haverhill Funeral Home, 129 Kenoza Avenue, Haverhill. Interment will follow in St. James Cemetery, Primrose Street, Haverhill. Calling Hours Tuesday, February 26, 3:OO-6:00 p.m.
