Sandra Marie Spencer, died on Sunday morning, July 11, 2010, at Brighan & Women’s Hospital in Boston, following a lengthy illness. She was 53 years old. She was the beloved daughter of William E. Spencer of Watertown and Christine (Walker) Spencer of Medford.
Besides her loving parents, Sandra will be sorely missed by two son’s; Robert A. Spencer of Medford and Christopher J. Spencer of Malden, four daughters; Kia N. Spencer and Yashana Spencer, both of Malden, Sandra M. Spencer of Fall River and Nadeeya E. Spencer of Malden, three brother’s and one sister-in-law; William E. Spencer and Paul C. and his wife Leslie Spencer, all of Weymouth and Jeffrey L. Spencer of Medford, two sister’s and one brother-in-law; Phyllis A. and her husband David J. Silva of Mansfield and Janice L. Spencer of Medford, eight grandchildren; Briyana, Christian, Nevaeh, Aleah, Destiny, Daniel, Elani and Elijah. She is also survived by her companion; Tilman “T” Texiera of Medford and many nieces and nephews.
Sandra was a stay-at-home mom and was very easy to like. She had an effervescent personality and loved kids and life. She had a sweet, gentle nature that people gravitated to. She will be sorely missed.
Her funeral service was celebrated in the Shiloh Baptist Church, West Medford, Saturday, July 17, 2010, at 11 AM. Many relatives and friends respectfully attended.
