SOUTHBRIDGE - Joseph A. Paquette, 53, of 22 Hamilton Street, died Saturday, July 10, 2010 at home after being stricken ill.
He leaves 6 siblings, Agnes E. Patrowicz and her husband Stephen of Stow, Mary J. Cournoyer of Maynard, Anne M. Buccelli and her husband John of Dudley, David A. Paquette and his wife Linda of Webster, Michelle D. Fitzback and her husband Leo John of Brimfield, and Peter G. Paquette of Spencer; many nephews and nieces, including his goddaughter Agnes A. Lemke; and great nephews and great nieces. He was preceded in death by his oldest brother Wilfred L. Paquette in 2008.
He was born and raised in Webster, the son of Rudolph A. and Robea M. (Despatie) Paquette. He lived in Southbridge for the last 20 years.
Mr. Paquette enjoyed playing the guitar, drawing and cooking for his family.
A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, July 15, at 10:00 AM in St. Andrew Bobola Church, 54 West Main St., Dudley. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Webster. There are no calling hours. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Sitkowski & Malboeuf Funeral Home, 340 School Street, Webster.
