Lillian L. (Pratt) Marshall, 101, of Mansfield passed away peacefully on Monday July 12, 2010 at the High Gate Manor in Dedham. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert F. Marshall.
Born in Westfield, Maine on February 2, 1909 she was a dear daughter of the late Clarence C. and Florence (Nightingale) Pratt.
She grew up in Westfield and was educated in Westfield public schools. A resident of Mansfield for over 40 years, Mrs. Marshall was a retired Graphotypist having worked at the Foxboro Co. for 10 years before retiring in 1975.
Lillian was a charter member of the Mansfield Emblem Club # 531 and was also a member of the Foxboro Co. 10 year club. She treasured the times spent with her adoring family and playing bingo with friends.
She was the mother of the late Lawrence R. Marshall and was the sister of Carmen Bonney of Scituate and the late Phyllis Johnson. Mrs. Marshall is also survived by 2 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and her daughter in law Joyce R. Marshall of Ellsworth, Maine.
At the family’s request services and visiting hours will be omitted. Burial will be at a later date at the Harts Corner Cemetery in Holden, Maine.
