Mystic- Nadeen (Panciera) Cunnian Smith, of 662 Cow Hill Rd., passed away July 10, 2010 at her home.
She was born October 28, 1937 in Mystic, the daughter of the late Frank and Lillian (Fontanella) Panciera.
She had worked at the Mystic Water Company for many years, and then was employed at Electric Boat as a timekeeper. She then worked in the Racebook at Foxwoods Resort Casino for 17 years.
She loved sports and was a die hard Red Sox, Celtics, and UCONN Huskies fan. She especially loved her cats Gracie and Pearl.
She is survived by her children James Cunnian of Mystic, J. Todd Cunnian of Old Mystic and Tammie J. Panciera, and is also survived by her sister Beverly Whitford of Old Mystic.
The family will greet relatives and friends on Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 pm at the Dinoto Funeral Home, 17 Pearl Street, Historic downtown Mystic. A funeral service will be held at the Dinoto Funeral Home on Thursday afternoon at 1pm. Burial will follow in Elm Grove Cemetery.
