FALL RIVER … Anna (Pinkos) Comstock, 91, of Fall River died Saturday, July 10, 2010.
She was the former wife of the Late Carlton Comstock.
She died at Sarah S. Brayton Nursing Care Center, Fall River.
She was born in Fall River a daughter of the late Sobezk and Katherine (Twarog) Pinkos.
She was formerly employed as a trimmer at the former Kerr Thread.
Mrs. Comstock enjoyed cooking, swimming, and ice-skating. She was a member of the International Ladies Garment Worker Union.
Survivors include 2 daughters: Carole Rocheleau and Nancy Machado both of Westport, 3 sons: Carlton Comstock of Fall River, Elbert Comstock of Attleboro, Barry Comstock of Fall River, 2 sisters: Mary (Pinkos)Botelho of Somerset and Helen Drapeau of Westport, a brother Leo Pinkos of Fall River, 19 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, 1 great great granddaughter, several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Stanley Pinkos and John Pinkos.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Wednesday at 9AM from the BOYKO MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 709 Broadway, Fall River, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10AM at Notre Dame de Lourdes Church, 529 Eastern Ave., Fall River. Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River. Calling hours Tuesday 4 - 8 PM
