Greene, Jr. Loving mother of Nancy Bailey of Plymouth; Lynne Greene of Middleboro; Janet Daniels of Shrewsbury and Ken Greene and his wife Cheryl of Plymouth. Grandmother of Amy Powl, Daniel and Johanna Greene and David and Jessica Daniels. Sister of George Hall of Abington.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday in the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Saturday at 1 pm with visitation one hour before the service. Burial at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations in Dot’s memory may be made to Hospice Care of Greater Taunton 244 N. Main St., Raynham, MA 02767 or the Jimmy Fund 375 Longwood Ave., Boston, MA 02215.
Obituary
Mrs. Greene died Saturday at her home after a period of failing health. She was born in Boston and raised in North Weymouth. She was a graduate of Weymouth High School. For the past 4 years she has been a resident of Middleboro and previously lived in Hanover for 25 years.
Mrs. Greene had been employed as an executive secretary at the Fore River Shipyard for many years. She enjoyed baking, sewing and knitting.
In addition to her husband of 55 years she is survived by 3 daughters Nancy Bailey of Plymouth; Lynne Greene of Middleboro; Janet Daniels of Shrewsbury and one son Ken Greene Plymouth,5 grandchildren, one brother George Hall of Abington and several nieces and nephews
