Mrs. Crystal Gaye Bullington, age 39, of Westfield widow of the late Thomas Anthony Bullington passed away on Friday, July 25, 2010 at her home. Mrs. Bullington was born in Surry County on February 15, 1971 to Jackie Gray and Ruth Ratcliff Atkins.
Mrs. Bullington worked as a children’s caregiver and was of the Baptist Faith.
Mrs. Bullington is survived by one son, Alec Bullington of Pinnacle and one daughter, Courtney Bullington of Pilot Mountain; parents, one brother, Dale Atkins of Rural Hall; one sister, Hope Edwards of Pilot Mountain; grandmother, Garnett Atkins of Rural Hall; special aunt, Charlene Horton of Rural Hall; special friend, Kevin Persinger of East Bend; and a special grandson on the way. A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, July 3, 2010 at Pinnacle View Baptist Church Cemetery at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Ronnie Chamblin and Rev. Ray Hutson officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday, July 2, 2010 from 7-9 PM at Cox-Needham Funeral Home.
