SOMERSET … Philip T. Larsen, Jr., 87, of Somerset died Friday, June 25, 2010.
He was the widower of Mabel (Johnson) Larsen.
He was born in Bath, Maine a son of the late Philip T. and Ruby (Mullen) Larsen and had lived in Somerset since 2000.
He was a member of the Somerset United Methodist Church.
He was employed as a materials manager for Hebert MFG., in Laconia, NH retiring in 1988. He was formerly employed with Whitin Works from 1941 – 1967 and Marathon Machine as a purchasing manager.
Mr. Larsen was a member of the Mumford River Masonic Lodge A.F. & A.M. in East Douglas, MA and enjoyed fishing, camping, woodworking, and spending time with his family.
Survivors include a son David L. Larsen of Somerset, MA, a daughter Linda J. Johnson of Granger, IN, a sister Marion Keegan of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, 4 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Edward and John Larsen.
Memorial service to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Friday at 10AM at the Somerset United Methodist Church, 861 Read Street, Somerset. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the Somerset Unitd Methodist Church, 861 Read Street, Somerset, MA 02726
