SAMS, MONICA J. (BARNHART), 45, passed away at her home.
She was a production scheduler for Universal Woods Inc. and Catholic by faith.
She is preceded in death by her father, Richard A. Barnhart and Granny Louise Stallings.
Survivors include her husband, Eddie Sams; two daughters, Amber Willman (Jason) and Jenny Sams (Mitch); her mother, Mary Ann Barnhart; one brother, Richard Barnhart (Cheryl); five sisters, Mary Ellen Crutcher (Marion), Jenny Frost (Ron), Nancy Sheridan (David), Beverly William (Stuart) and Becky Barnhart (Jimmy); three grandchildren, Austin, Elizabeth, and Joseph; sister-in-law, Karen Badgett (Mike); brother-in-law, Steve Sams; and many loving nieces and nephews.
Her service will be 1 p.m. Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy. Burial is in St. Andrews Cemetery. Visitation: 1-8 p.m. Sunday.
