SALEM- James C. Sawulski, 38, of Salem, died Sunday morning, November 9, 2003.
Born in Beverly, he was the son of Charles B. and Paula J. (Bright) Sawulski of Salem. A lifelong resident of the city, he was a graduate of Salem High School in the class of 1983 and was an avid fisherman.
Since his graduation from high school, he was employed in the construction industry in and around the North Shore.
Besides his parents, he is survived by two sisters, Diane L. Stankiewicz and Kristine DeGregorio, both of Salem, one brother, Charles B. Sawulski, Jr. of Salem, his grandparents, Chester and Janina (Sowa) Sawulski of Salem, one uncle, John & his wife Susan Sawulski of Danvers, one nephew, Chad Stankiewicz of Salem, two nieces, Sarah Sawulski and Laura Sawulski, both of Gloucester and his girlfriend, Janine M. LaFond of Peabody.
His funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 13, 2003, at 9 am from the Full-Spychalski Funeral Home, 84 Washington Square East, by Salem Common, Salem, followed by a funeral Mass at 10 am at St John The Baptist Church, Salem. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours are Wednesday, 4 to 8 pm. Burial is in St Mary’s Cemetery, Salem.
