Salem, NH: Mr. Phillips “Foster” F. Brooks II, 51, died Saturday at Holy Family Hospital. Born in Stuttgart, Germany, He was an area resident most of his life. Mr Brooks was an employee of Bixby International Corporation in Newbury Port and United Plastic Fabricating in North Andover. He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson and spending time with family and friends. Mr Brooks served in the United States Army from 1976 to 1978 when he was honorably discharged. Mr Brooks was pre-deceased by his Father Norman Brooks and his sister Beverly Brooks. He is survived by:
