Robert H. Harper, 74, Clarksville,, died Monday, June 21, 2010, at his residence. A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at New Apostolic Church, Madison, TN. with Rev.Steven Lencse and Rev.Greg Frymoyer officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 5:00 -8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born January 13, 1936 in Detroit, MI. He is the son of the late Sidney Harper and Era Hollewell Harper. He was retired from the U.S. Army and a member of the New Apostolic Church. Survivors include his wife, Helga Harper; One son, Robert W. Harper (Judith)Titusville, TN, ; Two daughters, Janet Herrell (Wayne)Whites Creek, TN, Andrea Bates (Preston)Fort Worth, TX; Five grandchildren, Justin Herrell, Jena Herrell, Adam Bates, Samuel Bates, and Zachary Harper. He was preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers.
